The system includes our 7.2kg 4140 forged steel lightweight flywheel, reducing rotational inertia to enable rapid rev increases, aggressive throttle response, and extremely quick gear engagement. The forged construction with integral ring gear ensures maximum strength and heat resistance under extreme mechanical stress.

The cover assembly utilises a QT450 steel pressure plate, maintaining clamp load integrity during sustained high-temperature and high-load conditions.
