Returns Policy
Product Returns
At Automotive Performance Parts Ltd, we aim to make the returns process straightforward and transparent. The following guidelines should be used for returning products:
Eligibility for Returns
· Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 28 days of purchase.
· Condition: Items must be unused, in the original packaging and in a resalable condition.
· Packaging: The original packaging must be protected and remain free of return stickers, or additional customer identification markings / stickers.
Return Shipping
· The buyer is responsible for covering return shipping costs.
· All returns must include a valid GRN (Good Return Note) for approval
Return Process
· Notification: You must inform us of the intention to return an item within 10 working days of receipt.
· GRN: Upon approval for return, we will provide a GRN to accompany the parts and proof of purchase will also be required.
Return Deadline
· Any authorized return must be received within the 28-day period.

Refunds
· Once received, inspected and approved, a refund can be issued for the cost of the parts only.
· A deduction of 5% to 25% may apply for restocking, inspection, or, if required, repacking.
· Installed Parts: Refunds will not be given for any parts that have been installed.
· Unauthorized Returns: Any item received without an authorized GRN will be rejected, and Automotive Performance Parts accepts no liability for these parts.
Non-Returnable Items
The following parts will not be accepted for return:
· Custom built, made to order components.
· An item purchased as a single piece, such as a Clutch Disc or Cover Assembly.
· Specific race components, such as sintered single / multi-disc assemblies.
